Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) preferred. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in OD, organizational design, and compensation and rewards. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
