Monthly GST, TDS, TCS Payments. · Preparation of TDS and TCS Return Filling Quarterly · Reconciliation of GST data (GSTR-3B With GSTR-2A) Monthly. · Insurance report submission for Goods Damaged in Transit and Submission of Necessary Documents Required by Insurance Company. · Taking Physical stock · Making Payments of Vendors and Other Statutory Payments like TDS, TCS Etc. through cheque and net banking. · Preparation of Bank Position for Management · Maintain Bank Reconciliation Statement and Reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors · Invoice Booking for Expenses · Handling Debtors and Creditors ledgers. · Handling Petty Cash . . All production data, stock data, technical data update in ERP system. & SAP system Man power handling. Stock tacking on daily basis. Costumer complaint resolving of his and satisfaction. Productivity improvement by time study. Time cycle note down of all batches. And then after we have think ideas of improvement of presses time. Giving training to subordinate of the dyno mill , sand mill, batch charging process, packing process, with take care of Health safety and environments safety process.
