Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Organic Client Outreach Coordinator to lead personalized, non-paid outreach efforts across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp. This role involves initiating and managing direct conversations with potential clients, with a focus on relationship-building, value-driven messaging, and lead nurturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients using direct messages on social media platforms.
• Personalize outreach messages based on audience segment and platform context.
• Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and move conversations forward.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach goals.
• Maintain accurate outreach records and track responses and lead status.
• Continuously optimize outreach processes based on performance insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in organic outreach or lead generation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp for business use.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused.
• Basic understanding of marketing and client acquisition strategy is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
