Key Roles & Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial performance and variances. Support management in strategic decision-making. Accounting & Reporting Oversee daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers. Ensure timely preparation of profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Budgeting & Cost Control Develop and monitor annual budgets and expense control measures. Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies. Cash Flow & Treasury Management Manage cash flow, banking operations, and fund allocations. Handle payments, vendor settlements, and receipts efficiently. Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions. Taxation & Compliance Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. Maintain accurate records and submit timely returns. Financial Risk & Investment Management Monitor financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. Evaluate investment opportunities and support business growth initiatives. Team Coordination & Reporting Collaborate with other departments to manage budgets and approvals. Present financial summaries and reports to senior management. Key Skills Required:Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and taxation. Advanced Excel and ERP/accounting software skills (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks). Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strategic thinking and decision-making ability.
