OREL South Asia is looking for dynamic Sales Managers with proven experience in the electrical/switchgear industry to drive channel development, retail expansion, and strong partnerships with retailers, electricians, and distributors. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and expand retail and distribution channels. • Achieve sales targets and ensure market penetration. • Train and motivate retail partners and field sales executives. • Build strong relationships with electricians and influencers. • Execute trade marketing and in-store branding activities. What We’re Looking For: • 4–6 years of sales experience in electrical/switchgear/wiring devices. • Strong understanding of the retail distribution ecosystem. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Experience in launching or scaling retail operations is a big plus.
