Order Taking Steward

Job description: We are looking for a friendly and attentive Order taking Steward to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders accurately, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Great customer and take food & beverage orders clearly and accurately

2.Ensure tables and dining area are clean and well presented, handle guest queries or complaints politely and efficiently

3. Enter orders into POS system or pass to kitchen

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a steward (freshes welcome)

2. Good communication and customer service skills

3. Basic knowledge of food & beverages

4. Ability to work in a fast- paced environment

5. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends and holidays
