As a potential candidate for the role at Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of the platform. Your main duties will include: - Following up on orders placed by customers to ensure timely delivery - Communicating effectively with designers and the internal team - Proficiency in Excel and MS Word for managing data and documentation - Strong email communication skills to maintain professional correspondence - Background in fashion with knowledge about different garments - Ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders by coordinating with the team and designers - Properly labeling and packaging all items for shipment to prevent any damage during transit The ideal candidate should possess the following skill sets: - Order follow-ups - Dispatch management - Production coordination - Working with designers Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion retail - Minimum 1 year of experience in production management Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
