Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at Orchard Growers Private Limited. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic visions, managing business operations, collaborating with professionals and stakeholders, and driving growth initiatives. They will provide leadership in sales, marketing, and product development, while ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to promote sustainable and organic farming. The position is based in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, with the flexibility for some remote work.
