Role Description We are seeking a skilled Shell Forger for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. As a Shell Forger, you will be responsible for crafting precise metal components by shaping and forging shells using specialized tools and techniques. Daily responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, setting up and operating forging equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring all work adheres to company standards and safety protocols. Collaboration with team members to meet production goals and deadlines will be an essential part of the role. Qualifications Technical skills in forging, shaping, and working with metal materials using tools and equipment. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. Understanding of quality control processes and attention to detail for producing high-quality shell components. Basic knowledge of manufacturing safety procedures and compliance standards. Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and the ability to work under deadlines. Prior experience in forging or a related field is highly preferred. Technical certificate or relevant training in forging or manufacturing is a plus.
