We are in the look out of IT recruiter for our Bangalore office. Our office is well connected via metro, walkable distance of about 900 m from Jayanagar metro station We are looking for passionate recruiters who are willing to be part of the team on long term basis. Roles: Mapping the requirement and aggressively working on references via various tools like LinkedIn recruiter, cut short Using Naukri as a reference tool and generating pipeline for database Actively involving in headhunting/referencing via various sources (this is a prime KPI) Maintaining accurate excel database of location wise skill set wise numbers of both candidates and clients Coordinating with clients and prospective candidates - pre interview, post interview pre and post offer follow ups Helping BD team in occasional follow up calls in generating prospective and premium clients. Note: we work mostly on niche requirements of IT product as well as services companies on contract to hire as well as one time hiring Desired: Passion towards recruitment flexible attitude to develop references, go getter. Minimum supervision.
