Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Patient Assessment & Planning:
Diagnose hair loss, assess scalp, design realistic hairlines, and create personalized treatment plans.
Surgical Execution:
Perform graft harvesting (FUE/FUT), recipient site creation, and implantation with high precision, often under sedation/anesthesia.
Patient Care:
Provide thorough pre-operative instructions, administer anesthesia, manage immediate post-operative care, and conduct detailed follow-ups.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Guide technicians, nurses, and other staff, collaborating with dermatologists for holistic care.
Infection Control & Safety:
Maintain sterile environments, adhere to OT protocols, and ensure high standards of patient safety and documentation, notes.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain meticulous patient records, progress reports, and ensure adherence to medical ethics and regulations.
Professional Development:
Stay updated on the latest hair restoration technologies, techniques (like FUE/FUT), and participate in training.
