Key Responsibilities
Organic Synthesis & R&D
Develop and optimize organic synthesis processes for chemical products.
Conduct experiments to improve formulations or processes.
Analytical Testing & Quality Control
Analyze chemical compounds using HPLC, GC, IR, NMR, UV-Vis spectroscopy.
Ensure product quality, purity, and compliance with industry standards.
Documentation
Maintain accurate lab records of experiments, observations, and results.
Prepare reports for process improvements or regulatory purposes.
Collaboration
Work with production and QA/QC teams to scale lab processes to plant-scale production.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and safety standards.

Qualifications & Education
M.Sc or B.Sc in Organic Chemistry (Ph.D. is a plus but not mandatory).
3–4 years of hands-on experience in organic synthesis, chemical R&D, or process development.
Technical Skills Required
Strong understanding of reaction mechanisms, functional group chemistry, and organic synthesis.
Hands-on experience with analytical instruments:
HPLC, GC, FTIR, NMR, UV-Vis
Experience in micronized chemical formulations is highly desirable.
Knowledge of GLP, MSDS safety standards, and lab safety practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
