You are an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Consultant with expertise in Oracle Service (CS) modules, particularly Oracle Teleservice and Oracle Install Base. Your role involves implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing the Oracle Service suite to streamline service operations and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include implementing and configuring Oracle Teleservice and Oracle Install Base modules, analyzing business requirements to provide functional and technical solutions, designing and developing enhancements using Oracle tools, providing end-to-end support, configuring Service Requests, managing Install Base items, integrating Oracle Service with other modules, performing testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and documenting system configurations. To excel in this role, you need a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 focusing on Oracle Service modules, deep knowledge of Oracle Teleservice and Install Base, familiarity with Oracle tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred qualifications include Oracle EBS R12 certification in Oracle Service modules and knowledge of integrations with Oracle CRM, Logistics, and Inventory modules.,
