We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support day-to-day plant operations from an ERP perspective. The ideal candidate will serve as the on-site Oracle ERP expert, providing first-level troubleshooting and analysis while driving process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role is critical to ensuring smooth ERP operations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives tied to Oracle systems. Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues within the plant. Provide first-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Oracle ERP system issues. Support users in day-to-day ERP transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient system usage. Collaborate with functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that align with business objectives. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into ERP solutions. Document system changes, user requirements, and process flows. Provide ERP training and support to end-users as needed. Ensure compliance with internal controls and ERP best practices. Location- Remote, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad Exp.- Minimum of 5 years
