We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support day-to-day plant operations from an ERP perspective. The ideal candidate will serve as the on-site Oracle ERP expert, providing first-level troubleshooting and analysis while driving process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role is critical to ensuring smooth ERP operations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives tied to Oracle systems. Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues within the plant. Provide first-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Oracle ERP system issues. Support users in day-to-day ERP transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient system usage. Collaborate with functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that align with business objectives. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into ERP solutions. Document system changes, user requirements, and process flows. Provide ERP training and support to end-users as needed. Ensure compliance with internal controls and ERP best practices. Able to demonstrate that the client's entitlements meets the product usage by following best practises and optimise the license usage Job Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Oracle software licenses, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements. Monitor and track Oracle license usage across the organization. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify non-compliance or underutilized licenses. Work with procurement and finance teams to optimize license costs and renewal strategies. Assist in negotiating Oracle license agreements, renewals, and amendments.
