Oracle SCM Techno Functional Analyst

As a member of the Support organization at Oracle, your main focus will be on delivering post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base. You will serve as a strong advocate for customer needs, handling both non-technical customer inquiries and technical questions related to the use and troubleshooting of our Electronic Support Services. Your role will involve being a primary point of contact for customers, facilitating customer relationships with Support, and providing guidance and assistance to internal Oracle employees in various customer situations and escalated issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Mandatory skills required with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Applications-EBS R12/Fusion R13 (Implementation/Upgrade) and Fusion R13-SCM (Procurement, Order Management, Inventory) - Experience in Manufacturing domain is essential - Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM/Manufacturing modules - Expertise in configuration and setups for Oracle SCM/Manufacturing modules - Knowledge of Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) - Preparation and maintenance of implementation documents **Qualifications Required:** - BE, BTech, MCA, or equivalent degree preferred - Other qualifications will be considered with adequate experience This role is at a Career Level - IC2.,
