We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team at WebWorks Co. As part of our SaaS Sales team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales across domestic and/or international markets. Key Responsibilities : Drive end-to-end SaaS product sales through both inbound and outbound strategies. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads. Independently pitch, demo, negotiate, and close deals. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and value proposition. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools. Desired Profile of the Candidate Experience : 1 - 3 years of proven experience in SaaS, IT, or digital marketing sales (B2B preferred). Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle in a target-driven environment. Skills & Competencies : Proficient in using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close deals independently. Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of working effectively in a remote setup. Prior exposure to digital marketing, UGC, or performance marketing is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar lead gen platforms. Educational Background : Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory.
