Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB)

Role Overview: You will be working as a Lead with a go-getter attitude in a leading IT organization, client of Etaash. Your main responsibilities will include performing application support and maintenance activities, managing and analyzing data related to billing and revenue management, ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the ORMB system, participating in incident and change management, analyzing, customizing, and enhancing the Oracle Billing and Revenue Management application, and collaborating with various departments to provide system support. You should be comfortable working in the early morning shift from 7 AM IST to 4 PM IST and be flexible with timing as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical assistance and advice on existing software solutions - Perform incident and change management for application issues and small break fixes - Participate in continuous performance improvement sessions - Code and perform unit and integration testing of software - Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide system support - Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively Qualifications Required: - Overall 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) - Experience in ORMB Framework, application configuration, and management - Expertise in defining solutions on ORMB algorithms, batch jobs, interfaces, data migration, and reporting requirements - Fully conversant with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing for Financial Services V2.4.0.1.0 - Hands-on experience in ORMB application configuration and knowledge of OUAF Framework - Good experience/knowledge in Java programming and ability to debug existing code base for issue resolution - Good knowledge of ORMB data model and writing SQL queries, conversant with Oracle SQL skills and RDBMs concepts - Experience using BMC Control-M for batching jobs - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Wide knowledge in the US Health Insurance Billing Domain is an added advantage Please submit your resume to pradnya.kumar@etaashconsultants.com if you are interested in this opportunity.,
