As a QA Engineer for Inventory Systems at Quess IT Staffing, you will collaborate with a diverse team to comprehend business and functional requirements and spearhead quality assurance activities for Inventory, Supply Chain, and Finance projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the Inventory platform adheres to best practices for quality control, enabling it to meet the scalability and reliability standards necessary for the growing business demands. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure thorough understanding of business requirements and solutions to define test cases/strategy for minimizing production defects - Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Suite of Products including RMS, ReSA, RPM, and RIB - Collaborate with other QA teams to design test cases and execution plans, ensuring comprehensive testing of developed functionalities - Provide support for troubleshooting using solid analytical reasoning - Work closely with the Test Automation team to create Automation scripts specifically for the Inventory domain Qualifications & Technical Expertise: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field - 3+ years of experience in designing/QA of Oracle Retail Applications such as RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB, and RSE services - Proficiency in Oracle Retail customizations with practical hands-on experience - 2+ years of experience in Test Automation - Good to Have: Understanding of selenium-based test automation frameworks - Good to Have: Basic comprehension of cloud-based infrastructure and web services - Ability to work independently with minimal direction, demonstrating self-initiative and strong workload management skills to deliver high-quality results - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in Waterfall & Agile methodology - Experience in working with high-performing transaction systems About Quess IT Staffing: Quess IT Staffing specializes in connecting organizations with IT talent that not only possesses the required skills but also aligns with the client organization's vision and goals.
