Job Description

**Role Overview:** As an OTM Consultant, your main responsibility will be to own the solution design, configuration, and continuous improvement to ensure optimization of freight planning, execution, and settlement for print, packaging, and promotional-products flows. You will collaborate with the Supply Chain CoE, plant logistics teams, and IT architects to integrate Oracle Fusion SCM, CPQ, and WMS systems effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - End-to-end OTM Solution Design: - Transform make-to-order workflows (print, finish, kit, ship) into OTM transportation planning scenarios (single-stop parcel, multi-stop LTL, pooled truckload). - Configuration & Enhancements: - Develop rate structures for parcel (UPS, FedEx), LTL, and dedicated fleet; use OTM automation agents for same-day ship SLAs on e-commerce orders. - Integration: - Coordinate real-time data exchanges between Oracle Fusion Order Management, WMS, CPQ, and carrier APIs through OIC. - Support & Continuous Improvement: - Offer L2/L3 support, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage releases in a managed-services model; conduct quarterly value-realization reviews with business leads. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle OTM focusing on Planning, Execution, and Freight Settlement. - In-depth understanding of parcel, LTL, truckload, and multi-modal processes with experience in modeling high-volume small-package networks. - Demonstrated capability in designing Automation Agents, Status Codes, and BPA Workflows to meet same-day/next-day SLA requirements. - Proficiency in integrating Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing) and third-party carrier APIs via OIC or REST/SOAP. **Additional Company Details:** The company is currently seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Consultant to support their Oracle Fusion Managed Services engagement. They are undergoing a multi-year digital transformation program to consolidate business operations across legacy systems into a unified Oracle Cloud platform. Your role will involve optimizing Quote-to-Cash processes by ensuring that the Oracle CPQ solution aligns with the evolving business needs in print, marketing, packaging, and logistics services.,
