Oracle MDM role

As an MDM Strategy & Governance professional, your key responsibility will be to design and implement MDM strategies within Oracle Cloud. You will be tasked with establishing robust governance frameworks for Product, Grower, Supplier, and Customer data domains. Your role will involve collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure that MDM solutions align with business goals and industry best practices. A critical aspect of your job will be to develop, document, and enforce data governance policies to uphold data quality standards across all master data domains. Additionally, you will be expected to support the integration of Oracle Cloud ERP with MDM systems, facilitating seamless synchronization of Product, Supplier, and Customer data throughout various business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to harmonize business processes with ERP systems, guaranteeing accurate and timely data flow between ERP, CRM, and MDM platforms. Furthermore, you will take the lead in migrating legacy data to Oracle Cloud, ensuring meticulous data mapping, transformation, validation, and overall data integrity. Your role will also involve overseeing all aspects of master data transition, focusing on maintaining data consistency and integrity throughout the process. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and managing data quality monitoring tools and real-time dashboards to track accuracy and key performance metrics effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess extensive experience with Oracle Cloud MDM, PDH, and ERP systems. A proven track record in master data governance, data modeling, and process alignment is essential.
