Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and Configuration:
Work on Oracle HRMS implementations and enhancements, including modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Benefits, and Talent Management.
Configure HRMS applications as per business requirements and ensure they align with organizational processes.Manage the integration of Oracle HRMS with other enterprise applications and third-party systems.Consultation and Support:
Provide functional expertise and guidance to business users on HRMS functionality and best practices.
Assist HR and IT teams in defining business requirements and translating them into system functionality.Troubleshoot issues and provide support for HRMS modules, ensuring timely resolution.Testing and Training:
Develop test scripts, conduct system testing, and ensure proper user acceptance testing (UAT) for HRMS applications.
Train end-users on the features and functionalities of Oracle HRMS modules.Provide support during Go-Live and post-implementation phases, including user training and documentation.Data Management:
Ensure data integrity and consistency in the HRMS system by performing regular audits and validations.
Assist in data migration and ensure smooth transitions when updating or upgrading the system.Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure HRMS applications comply with internal policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Develop reports and dashboards in Oracle HRMS to meet HR and business requirements.Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and other business units, to ensure smooth system operations.
Keep abreast of updates, patches, and new features in Oracle HRMS and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.
