Job Description

Role & responsibilities Hands on expert knowledge in Building HCM extracts for Integrations Writing E-text Template for formatting of output files and sending encrypted files to Third party vendors Writing fast formula to be used in HCM Extracts Rules and Filter criteria Creating transaction to test the integrations out put for new hire , termination and changes to Employee. Debugging and performance tuning for HCM Extract and fast formula Writing BIP Reports and SQL Queries for Custom BIP Based integrations and reports Monitoring the scheduled jobs and failures for inbound integrations using HDL and Rest API via Answers Tickets Do Permanent root cause analysis and corrective actions and prevent future issues . Use Change Management Tools Like JIRA/Answers for tracking and Approvals Writing of PLSQL and SQL in Oracle ADW PaaS 19c Data base for external integration hub feed – about 10% of the work Main Functional area is Core HR, Learning, OnBoarding Journeys and small work on Global Payroll interface to payroll vendors (Not Running Payroll per se)
