Oracle HCM Cloud - Functional Consultant (Payroll Module)

You should have a minimum of 3-9 years of experience, with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, security, roles, and workflows. You must have been involved in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM implementation and support projects. A strong understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and end-to-end HR business flows is essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include understanding client business requirements, configuring solutions, and conducting client workshops. You will also need to support integration teams in building, configuring, and testing integrations between HCM and third-party/custom solutions. Experience with HCM security components, data loads using HDL (HCM Data Loader), custom report testing, Fast Formulas, and the Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reporting tool is required. An understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and security model, including user roles and permissions, is also necessary. This position may require travel to Middle East locations as needed.
