Oracle Fusion/Functional-Payroll - Sr Consultant

As a candidate for the position at Pinkerton, you will play a crucial role in configuring changes and enhancements to the Oracle HCM Cloud application. Your responsibilities will include learning about Oracle HCM Cloud releases and patches, testing upgrades and patches, and conducting impact analysis to ensure the stability of the application. You will act as an Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert, providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes. Additionally, your role will involve establishing open and timely communications with all stakeholders, mentoring associates, and fostering a learning and growth environment. Key Responsibilities: - Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. - Responsible for configuration changes and enhancements to the Oracle HCM Cloud application. - Learn about Oracle HCM Cloud releases, patches, and communicate changes to key individuals. - Test upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and conduct impact analysis for application stability. - Act as an Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert, providing guidance on HCM business processes. - Establish open and timely communications with stakeholders and project teams. - Mentor associates and create a conducive learning environment. - Analyze and document customer problems, recommend solutions, and follow up on problem resolution. - Adhere to project management methodology, influence best practices, and process improvements. - Follow ticket management guidelines for consistency in communication and client interactions. - Interface with customers to understand objectives and requirements. - Update configuration workbooks as needed. - Participate in knowledge transfer sessions for internal and client teams. - Review data and deliverables proactively for issues and escalate when necessary. - Liaise with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product/integration issues. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - 6-9 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional. - Ability to troubleshoot client-raised issues and decode functional design for issue resolution. - Proficient in working on enhancements by gathering client requirements. - Capable of creating or updating functional design documents. - Skilled in creating test plans and test scripts for upgrades and patches. Working Conditions: - Requires physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions. - Regular computer usage. - Occasional reaching, lifting of small objects, and operating office equipment. - Frequent sitting, standing, and walking. - Travel as required.,
