Oracle Fusion Solution Architect with either expert on SCM/HCM/Retail/F&B/Asset Management/Finance & Security

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Fusion solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Oracle Fusion applications and architecture.
• Perform system integration and data migration tasks as required.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Fusion applications.
• Lead technical discussions and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
• Mentor and train junior team members on Oracle Fusion technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Supply Chain Management Expert

• 12-22 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications architecture and development.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ATP DB, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in designing integrations and data migration strategies.
• Knowledge of PaaS extensions and Fusion security framework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion SCM certification.
• Experience in multi-country, multi-entity implementations.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices for ERP projects.
• Expertise in
