Job Description

As a member of our dynamic team based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in driving enterprise transformation through Oracle Fusion PPM & Financials. With 5-10 years of experience, we are seeking highly skilled professionals like you who can proficiently manage end-to-end project configurations and integrations within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the technical configuration and setup of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Projects and associated downstream processes. You will be tasked with translating complex business requirements into robust Oracle Fusion configurations and technical solutions. Additionally, conducting technical CRP sessions and client workshops to showcase system capabilities and gather valuable feedback will be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing detailed functional and technical specifications for custom reports, integrations, and extensions (RICE objects). Hands-on experience with data loading tools such as File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and Oracle's native APIs will be required. You will also design and implement reporting solutions using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher. In collaboration with the team, you will define comprehensive data conversion strategies and create configuration documentation for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM. Working with Oracle Fusion BPM workflows for process automation and optimization will also be an essential aspect of your role. Evaluating and recommending optimal integration choices based on technical requirements and best practices will be part of your daily tasks. Your technical skill set should include expert-level configuration and implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management modules. Hands-on experience with data integration tools like FBDI, Oracle APIs (REST/SOAP), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be crucial. Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and SmartView is highly desirable. Experience with Oracle Fusion BPM for workflow management and technical documentation skills will be necessary. Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation, querying, and troubleshooting within the Oracle database layer are also required. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related technical field. Possessing Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications for PPM or Financials would be highly preferred.
