Oracle Fusion PaaS Architect

As an experienced Oracle Fusion PaaS Architect, your role will involve designing, developing, and leading cloud-based integration and extension solutions using Oracle Cloud Platform services such as VBCS, OIC, OPA, and ORDS. You will play a crucial role in defining technical strategy, integration architecture, and best practices for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Architecture & Design** - Design scalable, secure, and high-performance PaaS solutions to extend and integrate Oracle Fusion SaaS applications. - Define integration and extension architectures leveraging OIC, VBCS, ORDS, and OPA. - Develop end-to-end solution blueprints, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications. - Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud architecture best practices, performance optimization, and security compliance. - **Development & Implementation** - Lead the development of custom web and mobile apps using VBCS and JET. - Implement integrations and automations using OIC. - Design and implement decision models and business rules using OPA. - Develop and publish REST APIs using ORDS for secure data access and integration with external systems. - Perform hands-on troubleshooting, code review, and optimization. - **Technical Leadership** - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. - Collaborate with Functional Consultants, SaaS Leads, and Enterprise Architects. - Lead POC initiatives to evaluate new Oracle Cloud services. - Define governance, deployment standards, and DevOps pipelines for PaaS development and integration. - **Project Delivery & Documentation** - Support full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to production deployment. - Create and maintain architecture documents, integration maps, and technical design documents. - Participate in solution review boards, technical audits, and architecture governance processes. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years as an Oracle Cloud PaaS Architect. - Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle Process Automation (OPA), Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS), and Fusion SaaS data models. - Proficiency in REST/SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML, OAuth2/SAML security, SQL/PLSQL, JavaScript, and web technologies. - Experience integrating with third-party applications and on-prem systems. - Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, OCI DevOps, and Terraform. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Oracle Certified Professional in OIC or Oracle Cloud Platform. - Experience with OCI, APEX, and Autonomous Database. - Prior experience in large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. - Agile and DevOps delivery experience. Your educational background should include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Oracle Cloud certifications are preferred for this role.,
