Oracle FAW/FDI Technical Lead

You will be joining Frontend Arts, a company that specializes in providing world-class digital transformation services by combining industry expertise with the latest IT advancements. We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as an Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) or Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Admin and Developer. As the ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle FAW or FDI. A total of 6+ years of overall experience in relevant technologies is preferred. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Technical will be considered a plus. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining FAW dashboards, reports, and data models. You will also be required to design and implement custom data models and schemas to meet analytical reporting needs. Managing data pipelines, data migration, system integration, and custom development will be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will configure and monitor user access, application roles, groups, and data security to ensure data privacy, compliance, and access control across the FAW/FDI platform. You will lead technical implementation and customization for ERP/HCM modules within FAW/FDI and participate across project phases from requirement gathering to deployment and support. Monitoring and optimizing system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, providing technical leadership, setting best practices, training end users on FAW usage and reporting capabilities, and defining and managing the release/change management process will also be within your scope of work.
