Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

As an Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant based in Hyderabad, India with around 8-12 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - Gather business requirements and effectively translate them into technical and functional designs. - Develop and maintain RICE components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions. - Create and manage Fast Formulas, Approval Management Engine (AME), and Personalizations. - Prepare comprehensive technical documents, test scripts, and user training materials. Your skills and experience should include: - 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (R12 / 12.2.x). - Proficiency in PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Workflows, and APIs. - Strong communication and troubleshooting skills. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM would be advantageous. - Possession of Oracle HRMS Certification is preferred.
