Job Title: Manager of IT - Oracle EBS HRMS Enhancement and Support . Location: Hyderabad. Work mode: Hybrid . Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing Oracle EBS HRMS systems. Strong technical skills in Oracle EBS modules, including Core HR,Payroll and Benefits. Proven experience in people management, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. • Excellent organizational and process design skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Experience in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or ITIL certification are highly desirable. Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS architecture and functionality. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. English proficiency required. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
