Essential

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management with 3+ yearsof experience in development and Object

Customization in Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud applications.

Should have sound knowledge and hands on experience of Groovyscript development and new custom objects

development usingapplication composer

Should have hands on experience in development of custom UI pagesusing VBCS.

Should have hands on experience in Third party application integration leveraging SOAP/REST APIs.

Should have hands on experience on ICS and IDCS cloud and itsintegration components

Should have hands on experience in developing reports and Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to

review complexcode bases written by others.

Desirable

Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud

Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ

Work Experience (No: of Years and areas of expertise required for the Job)

- Proficiency in Object Customization in Oracle CX sales and Service Cloud applications. 3-5 projectsImplementation

experience in above technologies preferred.

- Project Management methodology applied to software development projects
