Oracle Cloud HCM Technical with Fast Formula

The Oracle OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Support role at EY involves supporting the configuration, testing, and maintenance of the Oracle Fusion OTL module under the guidance of the OTL Lead. You will be responsible for developing and troubleshooting fast formulas, time entry rules, and validation logic to ensure accurate time tracking and compliance with organizational policies. Your contributions will be crucial in assisting with configuration and testing of time entry layouts, time categories, and time rules, resolving issues during system testing and post-go-live stabilization, documenting configuration changes, and providing knowledge transfer to end users and support teams. Additionally, you will monitor and troubleshoot time entry issues, escalating complex problems to the OTL Lead when necessary. To excel in this role, you should possess solid experience in writing and debugging Oracle Fast Formulas, particularly for time and labor calculations, as well as be familiar with Oracle Fusion HCM, especially the OTL module. With at least 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM or ERP support roles, including a minimum of 1 year focused on OTL, you should have exposure to full-cycle implementations or support environments involving time and labor modules. Soft skills such as strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, effective communication, and documentation skills are essential. You should also be able to work collaboratively in a team and take direction from senior leads. Preferred qualifications for this role include Oracle Cloud HCM certification in Time and Labor.
