Oracle Cloud HCM - Functional

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, with 8 - 10 years of relevant experience. Your role will involve having an expert understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows. Additionally, you will participate in full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner of Oracle Cloud HCM, develop estimating models, and have advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and business processes across multiple industries. You will also be required to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation and present solutions to clients and prospects while addressing any queries. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM - Understand Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows - Participate in full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner of Oracle Cloud HCM - Develop and fine-tune estimating models and methodologies - Have expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes across multiple industries - Understand Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution - Architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation - Present solutions to clients and prospects and address queries effectively Qualifications Required: - 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with Oracle Cloud HCM - Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows - Participation in at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner of Oracle Cloud HCM - Advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes in multiple industries - Ability to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate solutions to clients and prospects (Note: Additional details about NTT DATA have been omitted as they were not provided in the job description),
