Job Description

Location: Hyderabad Experience: 6 to 8 years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Oracle FCC Developer/Lead to join our FinApps team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing Consolidation, Close, and associated modules while collaborating closely with the Accounting team to translate business requirements into Oracle FCCS Cloud solutions . This role requires strong expertise in REST API integration , system configuration , and automation to optimize financial processes. Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain Oracle FCCS Cloud applications and automations. Provide support and maintenance for connected systems related to Consolidation & Close (C&C) processes and their integrations. Troubleshoot system errors and provide root cause analysis. Work cross-functionally during month/quarter close activities . Develop and deploy custom scripts for system enhancements and automation. Maintain technical documentation for Record to Report (R2R) and related modules. Conduct gap analysis and implement improvements to enhance NetSuite AP functionality . Manage production migrations for fixes and enhancements. Ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements . Required Skills & Experience: 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud technology . Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud EPM implementations . Strong knowledge of REST API integrations . Experience with Powershell, Batch, and Shell scripting . Familiarity with authentication mechanisms & security protocols . Hands-on experience with ERP and third-party system integrations in cloud environments . Understanding of ETL/Data Transformation tools (preferred). Knowledge of Journal Entries, Chart of Accounts (COA), and Record to Report modules . Experience with Agile, Hybrid Agile, or Waterfall methodologies . Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to design scalable EPM solutions .
