You will be joining a Tier-1 Global Systems Integrator as an Oracle CC&B Technical professional with 3-12 years of experience. As a Software Development Engineer/Lead Development, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various components of application code across multiple clients. Your role will involve performing maintenance, enhancements, and development work in a dynamic environment to contribute to the success of the projects. In Level 10/9, you will be expected to analyze, design, code, and test application components, collaborating with the team and managing team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams, provide solutions to problems, lead technical discussions, and ensure the implementation of best practices for software development. Additionally, you will conduct code reviews, maintain code quality standards, and participate in project planning and estimation activities. Key Responsibilities in Level 8 include being a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and managing the team, engaging with multiple teams, providing solutions, leading technical discussions, and implementing best practices. You will also conduct code reviews, ensure code quality standards are met, and participate in project planning and estimation activities. To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical, a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions, knowledge of database concepts and SQL, and hands-on experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development.
