As an Oracle Business Intelligence & Data Engineer, your role will involve the implementation, configuration, migration, and optimization of data and analytics platforms across on-premises and cloud (Azure) environments. Your core technical expertise should include Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle DBA, and any BI solution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). - Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and queries. - Develop and manage analytics solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Microsoft Power BI. - Install, upgrade, and migrate Oracle BI systems. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within existing BI implementations. - Enhance and optimize existing BI code, ETL workflows, and configurations. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable, data-driven insights. **Additional Skillsets to be Acquired / Utilized:** - Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL) on Azure, specifically Managed Instance (MS SQL MI) - SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) on Azure - Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration and orchestration As for installation, configuration, and migration responsibilities, you will be tasked with performing these activities for Oracle Database Enterprise/Standard Edition Versions 19c, 21c, and 23ai, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Versions 12c and 19c, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), migration of Oracle Databases across environments, and migration of OBIEE to Oracle Analytics Server (OAS). **Experience & Qualifications:** - 3+ years of experience in Oracle and Microsoft data integration and BI technologies. - Strong knowledge of database concepts, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks. - Hands-on experience with both on-premises and cloud (Azure) environments. - Proven ability to manage complex migrations and upgrades independently. - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
