Assist in the development and implementation of benefits programs and policies. Provide support and training to employees on benefits-related inquiries. Skills and Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Benefits administration. Strong understanding of HR policies and employee benefits regulations in India. Experience with third-party integration and vendor management. Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud applications, particularly Benefits module. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
