Oracle Application Development Manager/Line Manager-EBS

As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development, customization, and support of Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, SCM, HRMS, and Projects based on the organization's scope. Your role will involve managing and guiding a team of Oracle developers, analysts, and technical consultants to ensure best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, and Oracle development methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the design and development of RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) components. - Drive enhancements, system upgrades, and module implementations within EBS. - Ensure seamless integration between EBS and third-party applications. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - 8-15 years of total experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, with at least 3-5 years in a team leadership or managerial role. - Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical stack (PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, OAF, Workflow Builder, BI Publisher). - Proven experience managing RICEW development and custom application solutions. - Good understanding of functional flows across Oracle modules. - Experience with Oracle SOA, APIs, Web Services, and integration frameworks is preferred. - Strong project management skills with exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with functional teams to resolve production issues, optimize system performance, and ensure that EBS environments (DEV/TEST/PROD) are maintained, patched, and aligned to organizational needs. Additionally, you will work with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions, provide technical consulting for process improvements, and build strong relationships with vendors and Oracle support.
