Oracle Apex Technical Lead

The candidate for the position of Oracle Apex Technical Lead in Hyderabad with a minimum of 9 years of experience will be responsible for designing, developing, partnering, and executing customer, partner, and SI engagement programs in JAPAC. As an Oracle Apex Technical Lead, your primary responsibilities will include building strong, effective, and trusted relationships with partners and customers by providing best practice guidance, advice, and enablement. You will collaborate with product developers to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and offer value-based solutions to stakeholders. It will be your duty to support both internal and external customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, write product definitions and user stories, and engage with internal customers to influence business and technical leaders. Moreover, you will be tasked with developing and managing product collateral such as workshops, blogs, and videos that showcase the customer value of new features. You will also be responsible for developing, testing, and reviewing Oracle APEX certification exam questions, monitoring and addressing product queries in community forums, and facilitating Partner and Customer education through workshops and refresher training. Furthermore, you will collaborate with pre-sales teams to drive Oracle APEX adoption, assist in producing product success stories, and support internal teams in sales, expansions, and customer onboarding. As an Oracle Apex Technical Lead, you will also support field, marketing, partner, customer, and community events and act as a subject matter expert to balance and prioritize across competing stakeholders and business requests. To excel in this role, you must possess a complete understanding of Oracle APEX, with proven experience in developing production systems at various scales. You should have a deep understanding of APEX functionality, its gaps, and deficiencies. Your enthusiasm for APEX and your ability to communicate effectively with developers, customers, and partners to help solve problems will be essential. Additionally, you should have a strong background in SQL and PL/SQL, an appreciation for data-first development, and the ability to determine when to build third-party plug-ins or custom code within the APEX platform. Being a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you should be able to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and have a bias for action and process improvement. Exceptional spoken and written communication skills are crucial, along with 10-12 years of experience in APEX application development and a technical background in web technologies. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in technology or an MBA is also required for this role.,
