The Area: Morningstar is looking for Accounts Executive for the Finance Shared Services. The Finance Shared Services is responsible for executing day to day Accounts payable and/ or Accounts receivable activities of Morningstar Global business in a process oriented and disciplined manner. The Role: Reporting to the Financial Shared Services Manager, executing day to day Accounts payable and/ or Accounts receivable activities of Morningstar Global business in a process oriented and disciplined manner. The Role will also include responsibility for the accounting contribution for the shared services responsibility that India plays as part of Morningstar s global business. This role will be based in our Mumbai office. Key Responsibilities Execute assigned AP and AR transactions in a timely manner with accuracy. Cash Application and following up with clients for remittance advise. Resolve customer queries through email and phone calls. Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions Report on work executed. Track progress of assigned tasks, while at the same time adhering to Morningstars set KPIs and KRAs. Interact with global finance teams on doubt and error resolution. Ensure good customer care and focus at all time. Bank Reconciliation. Requirements 3+ years concrete experience as Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Executive. Must have experienced on an ERP module. Knowledge of Oracle 11i / R12 will be preferable. Able to prioritize assigned workload. With numbers; Proficiency in use of MS Excel is a MUST. Process focused and adhered to achieve SLA in best manner in day to day activities. Experience to interact with foreign clients. TAT orientated and understands the criticality of month end closing activities. Desire for improvement and innovation. Good verbal and written Communication skills.

The Role of the Senior Buyer is to lead the purchasing operations through the interaction with suppliers and internal stake holders. To maintain and improve the purchasing process and drive the Organization to meet the required KPI s. Academic Qualification / Job Qualification: Diploma in EEE/ECE/E & I/Mech with more than 10-12 years experience (or) BE in EEE/ECE/E&I/Mech with more than 8-10 years experience Skills / competence required to perform the Job : Hard Working and Flexible. MRP execution (New buy, Push out and Cancellation. Review MRP to execute appropriate action and manage day-to-day relationship with suppliers. Communicate with local or oversee suppliers. Negotiate price, lead time and MOQ. Need to work with logistics team and with forwarder to bring material on time. Assures material is available to meet demanding schedule requirements by working with all functions to expedite material as needed. Address and resolve the due pos. Maintaining optimum level of inventory. Review excess and obsolete parts with planning / team lead. Clear MRB/RTV, RDRs and Eliminate AP holds. Active participation in EHS related activities like Identification of aspects and Impacts, HIRA, Emergency preparedness , continuous improvements etc and enable to report about hazardous situations to respective supervisor / department managers as required .

Review MRP to execute appropriate action and manage day-to-day relationship with suppliers. 4. Communicate with local or oversee suppliers. 5. Negotiate price, lead time and MOQ. 6. Need to work with logistics team and with forwarder to bring material on time. 7. Assures material is available to meet demanding schedule requirements by working with all functions to expedite material as needed. 8. Address and resolve the due pos. 9. Maintaining optimum level of inventory. 10. Review excess and obsolete parts with planning / team lead. 11. Clear MRB/RTV, RDRs and 12. Eliminate AP holds. 13.
