Role & responsibilities To plan, organize, and direct the activities of Civil and interior projects. Other job responsibilities to include: 1)Be the SPOC for projects and handle the same from start till completion. 2)Obtain quotations from various vendors, suppliers and contractors and prepare Techno Commercial comparative statements. 3)Finalise contracts with vendor and suppliers and issue Purchase Orders. 4)Prepare Project Schedule and track progress during the course of the Project. 5)Coordinate with office and Site team and ensure all materials are ordered and orders are placed. 6)Track Project expenditure. 7)Develop and implement quality control programs. 8)Communicate with Clients on the project progress and prepare various reports like Weekly progress report, monthly report, cost analysis etc. 9)Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Preferred candidate profile As a Project Coordinator/ Manager with min of 4 years of experience in Interior Fit-out Projects. Graduation from NICMAR is preferred. - To handle Corporate Interiors project, you need to: a)Fluency in English and be able to communicate effectively with Clients. b)Have good Project administration and Management skills. c)Read and interpret drawings and specifications. d)Have in-depth knowledge of materials, specifications and Estimation. e)Use computer programs specific to the construction industry, such as scheduling and estimating software. f)Use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email software. g)Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
