Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive eye and vision examinations.
Diagnose refractive errors, binocular vision problems, and other ocular conditions.
Prescribe and fit spectacles/contact lenses.
Assist ophthalmologists in pre- and post-operative care.
Perform vision therapy and low vision management when required.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Educate patients on eye health, care, and preventive measures.
Operate and maintain optometry instruments and equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Optometry from a recognized institution.
Valid registration (if required by local/state medical council).
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply (experience in hospital/clinical setup preferred).
Strong knowledge of optometry practices and diagnostic techniques.
Good communication, patient counseling, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,853.50 - ₹30,505.61 per month
