Optometrist - Bijapur - Karnataka (FOFO)

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye examinations to assess vision and detect signs of ocular diseases.
• Perform refraction, retinoscopy, and other tests to determine the right prescription for eyeglasses or contact lenses.
• Provide advice to patients on proper eye care techniques and options for treatment.
• Monitor and manage ocular conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and dry eyes.
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation of the provided care.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Optometry or a related field.
• Valid license to practice as an Optometrist in Karnataka.
• Strong knowledge and experience in refraction, retinoscopy, and other relevant diagnostic tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex medical information in an understandable manner.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Customer service orientation and compassion towards patients.
