Acquarius Capstorm Limited is representing a renowned Optical Retail Chain based in Germany, and they are currently seeking experienced Optometrists from India for full-time positions across multiple cities in Germany. As an Optometrist, you will play a key role in managing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and utilizing cutting-edge automated equipment to assist customers in finding the perfect optical solutions. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, conducting eye tests using our specialized optical equipment, analyzing results to recommend suitable lenses, informing customers about promotions and product options, upselling additional products and services, overseeing store operations to maintain high service standards, and maintaining accurate customer and sales records in adherence to German retail and healthcare regulations. To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Optometry from an H+ listed university in the German Anabin database, with a degree rating of entspricht or gleichwertig. Additionally, you should have at least 2-3 years of experience in optometry, preferably with exposure to retail or store management. A willingness to complete German language training up to B2 level before commencing work is essential.
