Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Application Engineer based in Faridabad. The Field Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing field applications, and driving pre & post sales of IoT-enabled products. The role involves troubleshooting electronics and analog systems, liaising with clients to understand their technical needs, and optimizing product performance based on customer feedback. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electronics 2-4 years experience in embedded hardware, firmware, and software development with a focus on field application support or customer-facing roles Skills Strong technical knowledge of embedded systems architecture, microcontrollers, real-time operating systems (RTOS), linux and communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences Experience with customer-facing roles and project management is highly desirable Other Requirements Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites as needed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Open for 6 days working .
