Role Overview: As a Trader specializing in Automated Strategies for our client's premier global High-Frequency Trading (HFT) and Market Making firm, you will be responsible for launching and managing their proprietary automated trading strategies on the NSE and BSE. Your role will play a pivotal part in ensuring optimal strategy performance and market adherence. Key Responsibilities: - Direct the real-time running of proprietary strategies, making decisions to increase, decrease, and manage trading positions within automated systems" parameters - Continuously monitor, articulate, and manage the position and market risk for the trading book, ensuring adherence to internal risk limits and exchange-mandated systems - Leverage deep knowledge of Option Greeks and Indian market dynamics to proactively assess and control the risk profile of derivatives positions - Act as the primary operational contact, ensuring system stability and facilitating rapid troubleshooting in collaboration with global Technology and Strategy teams Qualification Required: - Mastery of Options Theory and Applied Greeks for live position risk management - Extensive knowledge of Indian equity and index derivatives market structure, trading protocols, and regulatory requirements - Experience in managing and monitoring the execution of automated or high-volume trading positions - Solid conceptual understanding of trading systems, algorithms, and data, with exposure to programming (e.g., C++) being advantageous - Exceptional ability to work independently, manage pressure, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment Note: The JD did not include any additional details of the company.,
