You will be working as a Travel Consultant at Optimus Trips, a Lucknow-based Travel Service Provider led by experienced and IATA certified Tour Operators in India. Your role will involve travel consulting, travel management, making travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and handling reservations on a day-to-day basis. To excel in this role, you should have skills in travel consulting and travel management, along with the ability to make travel arrangements and reservations effectively. A strong customer service orientation is crucial, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills are also key requirements for this position. Having experience in a similar role in the travel industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred for this full-time on-site position in Lucknow.
