Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, solution design & development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities: - Guide development teams on best practices, frameworks, and coding standards. - Review solution designs, code, and architecture to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Mentor and coach developers to strengthen technical capability and delivery excellence. - Design, develop, and implement custom features and integrations within the Optimizely Configured Commerce platform. - Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Ensure adherence to security, performance, and quality standards in all deliverables. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and project management. - Participate in technical planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to innovation and process improvement initiatives. Qualification Required: - Strong hands-on experience in .NET / C# (ASP.NET Core preferred) and Microsoft SQL Server. - Experience in Optimizely Configured Commerce (PaaS) development, customization, and deployment. - Deep understanding of eCommerce principles, APIs, and integration best practices. - Solid knowledge of RESTful services, JSON, and modern web application development. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,
