As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing product support for devices and systems used in aviation. Your main tasks will include supporting customers during aircraft integration, conducting tests at both subassembly and final product levels during production, and performing repairs on subassemblies and complete systems. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and executing environmental and acceptance tests, as well as interacting with customers and suppliers to provide product and system support. Furthermore, your role will involve providing technical training to both internal staff and customers, supporting Quality Management in enforcing processes and standards, and assisting in the final quality approval and release of products. To excel in this position, you should have a completed engineering degree in electrical engineering with a focus on electronics, communications, information and communication technology, or a related field. You should also possess experience in the development of circuit boards, including creating circuit diagrams, layouts, and parts lists. Prior experience in the aviation industry, customer support (3-5 years), and creating product-related documentation is essential for this role. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of design documents for circuit boards, layouts, and parts lists, as well as technical skills in the production and repair of electronics. Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office is required, and knowledge of configuration management and quality assurance systems is desired. Overall, familiarity with the processes in an aviation company according to AS9100 standards will be beneficial in fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.,
